Welcome to my site that will introduce you to my services and contact information. I provide mental health counseling to children, teens, young adults and adults. Please see the “About Katie” page to learn more about the specific services I provide.

Location:

Currently I am only providing virtual/remote therapy sessions- I have not set a date for in person sessions to being at this time.

Insurance Information:

Currently I accept clients for Private Pay along with the following insurance plans:

BlueCross BlueShield

Tufts

United HealthCare/United Behavioral Health (UBH)

Harvard Pilgrim

Non- MassHealth Optum Plans

I also am a provider of EAP services for some employers so if you are interested you can request with your EAP to see me or to see if I am already an approved provider for your specific EAP.

I do not accept Mass Health or versions of the above listed insurances that are providing Mass Health benefits. If you are unsure of your insurance or the approved providers you can visit the website or call the number on the back of your insurance card.

I also do not accept Medicare or Medicaid or any of the above listed insurances that are providing Medicare/Medicaid benefits. Again, if you are unsure of your insurance plan you can contact the insurance company via the number on the back of the card or by visiting their website.

Payment Information:

Currently copays and deductibles are due at the time of the session or unless indicated during session. I do accept debit or credit through my secure site for telehealth (SimplePractice) you can also pay via check mailed to my office address. Payments through HSA/FSA or otherwise are accepted through SimplePractice as well. Payments through bank or bank checks are also accepted. All payments are made out to Katie Britt.
